Reset My Password
If you've forgotten your password, or just want to change it, you can reset it yourself — no need to contact support.
Request a reset link
- On the sign-in page, choose Forgot password.
- Enter the email address on your account and submit.
- You'll always see the same confirmation message ("If that email is registered, a password reset link has been sent to it"), whether or not the address is actually on file. This is deliberate — it stops the form being used to check which emails have accounts.
- If the address matches an account, a reset email arrives with a link. The link is valid for 30 minutes.
Set a new password
- Open the link in the email. It takes you back to your portal's sign-in screen with a reset token attached.
- Enter a new password (minimum 8 characters) and submit.
- Every other active session on your account is signed out immediately as part of the reset, so you'll need to sign back in anywhere else you were logged in.
If the link doesn't work
- Expired (older than 30 minutes): request a new one — each reset link can only be used once and only within that window.
- No email arrived: double-check you're using the exact email address on your account. For privacy reasons the system won't confirm whether that address has an account, so if nothing arrives after a few minutes, try again or ask your school/organization administrator to confirm the email on file.
- Still can't sign in after resetting: see I Can't Sign In.
